Few names have more history within Neebing Minor Hockey than Exell.  Other than his years with the Kings, Billy Exell started playing IP hockey with Neebing and played until Bantam AA.  After that, he was back to the Kings for three years, then two seasons with the NAHL's Minnesota Wilderness where he played a pivotal role in their winning of the 2015 Robertson Cup.

Bill Exell (Sr.) served as a long time coach and Neebing board member during these years and long after his son had moved on.

On behalf of the entire Neebing family, today we celebrate and congratulate Billy and the Exell family on a NCAA Division 1 commitment and becoming the newest member of the UMD Bulldogs.
