The NMHA and its executives, coaches and volunteers dedicate themselves to promote and foster an environment through progressive leadership that maximizes the opportunity for youth to participate in amateur hockey, and to develop and encourage fair play, sportsmanship and good fellowship between all participants while sponsoring and promoting athletic, social and other activities that contribute to the morale and financial welfare of the association.
